3yThank you for your feedback! SumnerOne has an existing remote/hybrid work policy. This policy does permit our employees to work-from-home, depending on their role and department. (For example, a Field Service Tech would have less opportunity to WFH due to the nature of the role requiring the employee to be at customer work sites servicing our products, whereas a Sales Rep or Administrative employee may have the ability to productively and successfully work from home.) We are actively working on ways to expand this policy and allow for more hybrid opportunities and options.
