Great category and products. Decent health and 401K benefits if you can tolerate the ongoing verbal abuse from the owner.
Cons
Total lack of respect and trust for employees and employees knowledge. Employees stay, but endure ongoing abuse from Owner and do as they are told because she does not want thinkers just doers. This impedes company growth. Fear dominates at Sun Belle. It is sad because the people she hires are good at what they do, but she demands to be involved in everything-- especially weekly pricing. Understand why she does this because it is her business, but times have changed and now she she has developed a team of drones who do as she says and if they try to disagree they are demeaned verbally in front of others. Just sad and demoralizing for all. Successful business financially for her, but dated practices, so growth will probably stop in the near future. Like her products, she views her employees as commodities.
