Pros
Great benefits, generous pto, amazing perks like free fitness center w personal trainers/classes, private Starbucks (free or near free drinks) annual bonus, obtainable merit pay increases, really nice and fun outings and annual holiday parties. They also dona great job rewarding employees with internal transfer/promotion opportunities.
Cons
It seems a lot of lower to middle management is lacking in their ability/skills to coach, respect and empower their team. On the other hand that is not case for all middle to lower management - yet true in more instances than I wish there were.
