Pros
I started my career with Sun as a housekeeper and worked my way up to my current position as a community manger using the opportunities to advance (classes). I also like that they offer a 401(k) match, medical, dental, vision insurance etc., great time off allowance, housing provided in a lot of cases, employee rent discounts, caring company culture, inclusive, ability to earn commissions, supportive upper management.
Cons
Somewhat tight budgets to operate on (although if really needed, can be granted).
