      Pros

      Very healthy, supportive working environment in Tokyo. Lots of teambuilding. Remote work is the best. Supervisors are kind and empathetic.

      Cons

      Most of the projects require working with Japanese clients so business level Japanese is a must. Not really suitable if you want to level up fast or need big projects.
