No Pros only cons because worst company i ever seen in my whole career. If you get interview please ignore or attend for interview experience. If you alredy got an offer then read it thoroughly and think for another best offer. But dont join and ruin career

1) Company don't Licensed for the Project which they are supporting. It is a US recruitment consultancy firm which has License . But Showing it these are doing illegal . 2) No Job Security. Example: Employee worked for around 5 years. They fired him in 15 minutes. No Notice period. Also told we will give you releaving letter as you put down papers 1 month ago But employee not put down papers. Also final settlement no full pay for these last 2 months you get only basic pay . Worst part is Employee worked Giving 1 STAR because site wont accept if we dont give a single star. 3) Full politics. No Professional management. 3 managers don't know corporal Ethics.Just say rubbish things and take their best followers side. 4) Working here is like donkey and slave. No allowance . No bonus. No proper appraisal.(after you complete you 1 work year appraisal will give after 1year 4 months). 5) Only look for money no employee benefits. worst part is even this happen in medical insurance. 6)Funny part is they lure you with onsite opportunity which is 8 weeks (less than 2 months) . for this 1 year and 2 lakhs bond. Onsite they pay 55$ with no amenities providing 7) Notice period in probationary time is 2 months
