Extreme heat, and heavy lifting work.

They dont run out of work and everyone that works there is a decent human being compared to other masonry contractors that just rush you and use you up.

I cant think of any honestly. Safety is big...they had a fatality due to a silo being faulty...in my opinion was a freak accident and so unfortunate bc mario was a good guy
