Pros
Ever since I started at this company I've felt welcomed and appreciated. In my interview, there was promise of growth and they delivered ten-fold. Within my first year here I've transferred divisions and completed changed my job role. Due to the incredible growth of the company, there is potential all over the place! Sun Valley Solar Solutions is extremely family friendly. Majority of upper management has family, including the CEO, and are always interested and happy to hear about mine. Although the company is no longer your typical "small business" it stills maintains that feel. ALL management is approachable and ready to listen no matter what level of the company you're in. They take pride in improving their employees with onsite soft skills training for the office and onsite physical training for the field crews. Personally, I've learned a ton from the training I've received. I can't say enough! Apply NOW!
Cons
The only con, which I do not believe is a complete con is, like most smaller/growing businesses, most of the positions will start at a lower salary or hourly rate. The potential for raises and recognition are readily available and distributed to those who prove their worth and contributions.
