Great Company and Management - Residential Project Manager Sun Valley Solar Solutions Employee Review

This is a company that treats its employees like family. They spend a lot of time on quality training programs as well as growth plans for each employee. Their facility is top of the line with a warehouse staff that does a great job at setting up its installers for success.

I worked here for two years in marketing. The entire company is filled with awesome people who all try to achieve the same goals and be on the same page. The management here truly cares about the employees. I had a great boss in our department. My all-time favorite boss actually. I learned a lot from him and from the other senior management level team. I also had another great co-worker in our department who I loved working with day in and day out. The sales and marketing team here is A1. Nothing but positive things to say about this place. If anyone is given the opportunity to work for SVSS they should take it and honestly be excited for the job! SVSS cares about growing your professional career and also along the way help you become a better all-around person. I enjoyed my time working here and meeting everyone employed here. The people here are bright and competent which made my day-to-day activities enjoyable and actually fun for the most part. I'll miss everyone who worked here. The people who are employed here really do make this company an amazing place to work at.

The only small thing I can think of are that I wish the benefits for PTO were a little better but they do provide flex schedules along with great holiday paid days off.
