Pros

None, nothing to mention about.

Cons

Poor management, no leadership qualities amongst the ED & managers. Always work from home as and when they liked and, work from home schedule is not fixed. Uncontactable when needed and when in office, room doors are always closed and do not communicate with staff hence, building a wall amongst them. No directions from the managers. Even if it does, it is unclear. Communicate through emails and do not speak to staff directly. Only know how to blame the staff when targets are unmet when managers should be held responsible. But managers don't know how and what to do and do not lead by example with solutions. Can only talk but no action. Managers also like to tell lies and cover up when things go wrong. Very lazy bunch of managers who claimed to be very busy but month on month, there is no result or deliverables produced. ED always claimed to go out for meetings but also do not see any improvement or end result made to organisation. HR also very weak and not doing anything. Gave suggestions and complains yet, nothing is done. Salaries are very low and not on par with other social services organisations yet, they want you to do a lot. Not worth your time and effort in staying as there is also no career prospect. Managers come late for work and go back before 5pm.
