Work load is not too much, can scroll for hours on social media a day, no one held accountable, don’t worry about answering the phone, you can just let it keep ringing, low expectations, if you don’t get work done you can just blame another department and they actually believe you, don’t have to answer emails right away they give you at least 2 business days to reply, no reporting at all, don’t expect anyone to work as a team and actually will tell employees they are “too much” of a team player, if you want a job with a low wage and don’t want to work hard and don’t want to feel accomplished this would be a great fit for you. Lazy people love this job as long as you can deal with the low wages and the office politics and being “liked “ is way more valuable than your skills or knowledge, so people with very limited experience and knowledge this would be a good fit, also if you are rude and disrespectful to clients and customers- don’t worry- no problem they actually encourage it. If you have integrity and a strong work ethic- this is not the job for you unless you want a step down kind of job that you don’t feel proud of

People not held accountable, policies not rolled out with proper planning, management does not want any feed back from staff and certainly don’t want anyone to even think about making suggestions on how to improve company or policies, people treated completely differently based on office politics and who they like the most, don’t even think about working from home, they will make you turn your camera on so they can literally watch you all day, the lowest trust company I have ever worked for, poor performance is actually encouraged and rewarded, if you are a “high” performing person this job will make you absolutely crazy since this place has a culture of accepting and celebrating poor performance based on who they “like” the most, no appreciation shown to employees on any level, also expect to buy your own office supplies because the corporate office will literally not approve anything and bring your own hand soap for when you need to wash your hands, just plan on bringing all your own supplies including mouse and keyboard, they literally only provide laptop and screens, no cell phone reimbursement, benefits just marginal at best, no opportunity for advancement and chronically understaffed in all departments because the turnover is extremely high, if you have experience you will be blown away at the way they run this business- they don’t follow any standard best practices, they also like to be passive aggressive on team meetings and shame people publicly, total disaster, losing investors at the rate of 3-6% per quarter due to poor management so not sure how long they can stay in business unless they make massive changes, also suggest reading all the on line reviews from their investors- they have a horrible on line reputation- need to look up SI Homes which is the division that builds and sells these homes then Suncoast manages them after the sale
