It used to be so much better. Now it's a toxic environment.
The new CEO (officially took over 1/1/2015) is very condescending and difficult to work with. Over the next few months SEVERAL higher ups left because he was horrible to deal with. The CEO even rejected some of their 2-week notices. "If you don't want to be here, we don't want you here. You have 2 days and you're gone."
