Pros
Providers are professional, engaged, and caring. The facility is lovely.
Cons
The management staff had little knowledge of health care administration. The HR Manager did not understand basic HR 101, and my supervisor frequently maligned staff members in front of others. There was a huge turnover of employees, usually dismissed suddenly by the company without explanation to the staff. Many of the staff felt the atmosphere was very hostile.
