Pros
Very lenient and you can basically get away with murder and still work here
Cons
Barely any bonuses and they keep workers through favoritism so unless you golf with them, they won't give you materials to work properly in your environment and matinence has no clue how to fix anything if they even feel like it. And during CORONAVIRUS they gave us a 10% cut to our hourly pay and there is no exact timeframe when it comes back.
