Pros
Project team member gets onsite
Cons
No value for employee's opinion (HR will conduct multiple survey - If it is anything to do with money they won't do it) They want to improve employee's competency but won't even spend a penny on it( like acquiring corporate license for Udemy ) Developers will be blamed/scrutinized for everything. Instead of correcting the issues at higher level. Always tries to get the work done with very few resources - won't recruit new resource even if there dire need of resource for so long. No proper documentation for anything Immense work pressure. Particularly after lock down it becomes 24/7 for everyone in the company. The average working hours would be around 12 hours 365 x 24 x 7. Management has multiple vision but have no idea on how to implement it, mostly ends up as a disaster and puts more burden on the current employees.
