Pros
Good campus and good colleagues
Cons
I strongly advise caution before joining this company. The work-life balance here is nonexistent—they expect employees to be available even at 2 a.m., and there is an unspoken pressure to work on weekends and holidays. When employees request payment for extra work during weekends or holidays, management ridiculously claims that “one plate of biryani” is enough compensation—far less than what anyone would reasonably expect. Overtime is not paid, and hard work often goes unnoticed. The culture is extremely biased. Promotions and salary hikes are given only to favorites, not based on merit, hard work, or extra effort. Anyone who raises concerns about the poor work-life balance risks being blacklisted or marginalized. Favoritism affects every aspect—from pay raises to career growth—which creates a toxic and demotivating environment. In short, this is a company where employees are expected to sacrifice their personal life, work tirelessly without proper recognition or compensation, and tolerate blatant favoritism. I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a professional and fair workplace.
