Pros

Decent people and frequent attempts to keep a fun and engaging company culture

Cons

The pay is just barely over the minimum wage. There is a lot expected and required from the role in terms of knowledge, time, and experience. However, the pay does not reflect that. Engineers and other teams do receive better pay, but tech support is largely left behind. High turnover also means work tends to fall on the few who stay longer.
