Pros

They were very prompt in getting back to me during the interview process. Always got back to me when they said they would. They were very thorough with the interviews, which is a big plus for me as it shows they are focused on hiring the right people. The onboarding is great. They put a lot of resources into training and setting you up for success. Highly recommend working at Sunbit.

Pros

- not stressful if you are used to a call center setting - mindless work

Cons

- Management is not consistent across the board. - Male management hugging female co-workers on the floor - Supervisors not providing feedback - no consistent training; 2 different teams could be be doing different work flows. - degrading way that leads speak with agents on the floor and get no consequences - training materials outdated and has inaccurate information that can harm the business - depending on the lead that you speak with you get different information - leads and supervisors can disappear off the floor and you could be waiting minutes; 5 to 10 to get an answer for a customer waiting on the phone.
