I truly love working for Sunbit. I've been working for the company for about 5 months now and as each month passes, I learn and evolve more and more each day. I love coming to work. I love the people I work with. Everyone here greeted me immediately with open arms when I started and extended their welcomes. And no one has let up. Everyone is a joy to be around. Anytime I need assistance - someone is always available to help. This is the first job I've worked for where everyone's mentality is always, "All hands on deck. I'm here to help." We work together!

At this time, there are no cons that come to mind. Everyone here is transparent and open to discuss whenever an important matter arises - and we always problem solve. The motto is very much, "There are no problems, only solutions." We always figure it out together.

- not stressful if you are used to a call center setting - mindless work

- Management is not consistent across the board. - Male management hugging female co-workers on the floor - Supervisors not providing feedback - no consistent training; 2 different teams could be be doing different work flows. - degrading way that leads speak with agents on the floor and get no consequences - training materials outdated and has inaccurate information that can harm the business - depending on the lead that you speak with you get different information - leads and supervisors can disappear off the floor and you could be waiting minutes; 5 to 10 to get an answer for a customer waiting on the phone.
