Pros

I have been working at Sunbit as an Operations Coordinator for a little over a year now. My experience has been extremely positive. It is a fast paced work environment with motivated, bright and striven people. I have learned an extensive amount in this year than I have at any other place I have worked at. I am extremely proud of our product and the help it provides to our customers all across the nation. I am a customer as well as an employee, so I use the product myself and I am always impressed at how quick and easy it is to use. Overall, nothing but great things to say about my experience working at Sunbit!

Pros

- not stressful if you are used to a call center setting - mindless work

Cons

- Management is not consistent across the board. - Male management hugging female co-workers on the floor - Supervisors not providing feedback - no consistent training; 2 different teams could be be doing different work flows. - degrading way that leads speak with agents on the floor and get no consequences - training materials outdated and has inaccurate information that can harm the business - depending on the lead that you speak with you get different information - leads and supervisors can disappear off the floor and you could be waiting minutes; 5 to 10 to get an answer for a customer waiting on the phone.
