Co workers did band together for the most part so your time served is only slightly less damaging to your psyche than it could be. Coffee next door is amazing. Like literally the only thing that made going to work worth it.....
Cons
The whole thing could be a poster PSA about what bullying in the workplace looks like. Owner and her father are certifiable. Their unacceptable and inexcusable behaviour is reminiscent of toddlers throwing full blown tantrums and North Korean Dictatorships. This is a great place if you need your soul picked away at little by little until you are basically nothing inside. They don’t really train you, one very harassed over worked put upon coworker will be told to make time for your training but the expectation is they still manage to achieve everything they normally would so your training is slap dash at best but your performance is expected to be amazing by week two. God help whoever makes a mistake. There is no discussion about the mistake only screaming, like a lunatic, on meth. And it goes on forever. Afterwords knowing they could easily be taken to the labour board they will buy pizza as if this somehow makes up for the abuse. Anyone who believes the drivel about past employees who have reviewed here bring persons with performance issues know this; it would be IMPOSSIBLE not to have performance issues as a direct result of this environment!!! It is not normal for a business of less than 10 employees to have this many horrifying reviews, there’s a reason for it.
