Management is unprofessional and couldn't care less about employees as human beings. The one and only time the head director was ever nice to me was when she was trying to talk me out of quitting. Pay is dreadfully low, especially since they charge so much for tuition. They also lie about their "low ratios" - you'll be on your own with the maximum number of children legally aloud in a classroom, which is stressful and hinders the quality of the education you're able to give them.
