Pros
The only real pros are if you manage to get "in" with the clique life tends to be a little easier but not by much.
Cons
Very low pay!!! Especially considering the highly specialized, and physical nature. Every single job is a custom build with headaches galore! The company is run by mainly one religious demographic and it shows!! There's so much favoritism its not even funny. All the big managers and bosses are old close friends from church of the owner and at least half of the laborers are somehow connected as well. Above all else the product is highly inferior and you constantly end up trying to cover for sales men who will say anything to get the sale and leave behind a wake of very disappointed customers. This company definitely seems nice at first but its unsustainable to live off the pay even if you put in long hours all summer you still end up on ei every winter with barely enough to get by. The owners are highly out of touch with reality! They have way more money than they know what to do with and have always been extremely wealthy. The benefits package is also terrible.
