Pros
The people, the perks, and the environment.
Cons
Horrible pay (never got a raise in all the years I was there although my negotiations were well-founded, fair, and respectfully persistent), the WORST management I've ever directly or indirectly experienced. Employees are treated like scum, absolutely no chance for advancement or promotion, non-management employees are over-worked and remain under an excessive amount of surveillance/micromanagement. There's a definite layer of distrust and secrecy between the management and the general employees. Sundance is one of the greatest paradoxes; the people you work with and the environment is totally enjoyable and rejuvenating, yet the management operates at an extremely disconnected level of mistrust and oppression. I love Sundance as a guest and consumer regardless of my overall bad experience as an employee, but my view of its operation and management will probably always be tarnished.
