      You get a lot of ownership — your region, your targets, your way to crack them. There's a clear system to track performance. Managers are approachable and push you to think smart. It feels good to help indie artists succeed.

      Cons

      More training tools or decks could help when meeting artists. Sometimes tracking leads or follow-ups can get messy.

      Very good working environment, excellent teammates and collaboration. Very horizontal company, and learnt a lot.
