Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

Poor relations with local employees from a distant management team. Focus was on high upfront payments for projects but stingy when it came time to install time. Company quality went downhill after acquisition.

Pros

Sunetric is really the best solar company to work for in the crowded marketplace in Hawaii. Even after the huge slowdown of system installations thanks to HECO, Sunetric was able to keep going and doing commercial / residential installs

Cons

Honestly most of the cons about this job were more from the industry than from Sunetric itself. Tax credits expiring, HECO making things difficult, and lots of competition make the solar sales world pretty tough. When I worked there the sales people were 100% commission. I would have personally traded a little bit of commission for a base pay even if it was minimum wage. Something to help pay for gas and food for the large amount of time you will spend on the road.
