Benefits were good and the pay was decent for the job

Extremely boring and didnt feel like anything I was learning could help me in my future. Was not much to do.

Pay was great, never expected to work from an office (hired from a different state than their IT office)

IT leadership was micromanagement hell. A task that takes a week for whatever reason like maybe you have to sort something out to make it work? Experimenting with different solutions? Expect to be bugged with constant "I just cannot see you actually DOING anything" Got bugged after my work hours constantly for non-critical issues "oh just if you can this is really important please do it tonight"
