Pros
- Finger Print machine is of no use. - You get too much work and blaming. - You will be forced to work extra hours without any benefits.
Cons
- They will Terminate you on the spot as soon as they feel like they don't need you. - No good Opportunities and internal politics so people are leaving the company. - If the management wants anything from you then they will behind you badly to get it but if you need any document or something from them then they won't give you the reply even after months. - They keep delaying the salary hikes, you need ask them again and again to arrange a meeting. - Working hours are not flexible (though they say it). - Employee benefits are only on the paper. The company benefits will be implemented instantly and if you oppose then you are going to be fired. - The rules are not same for everyone.
