      - not micro-managed - flexible schedule (in terms of total hours) - freedom of pedogogical style - able to contribute to department if you show you are a capable faculty member

      - very limited growth potential for foriegners - frequent admin changes - limited ability to move outside of department

      Close to restaurants, residence, cafes, subway station, mall, banks and shops

      Cons

      A bit long working hour, and sometimes difficult to find English speaking staff, I had to depend on collaborative colleague for evrey minor task.
