      From every level within the management structure, chaos, lack of 3PL knowledge and total dysfunction exists including the VP of operations, Director of Operations and HR.

      Laid back, repetitive, good pay and insurance.

      Cons

      We worked more overtime than I wanted to work when I was there. (I also own my own business) so it did cause conflict with my business.
