      Absolutely none, if being worked into oblivion is your idea of fun while compensation is minimal then it may be a pro for you.

      Hours, pay, treatment, humiliation, sleep schedule, burnout.

      Great manager but team can be quite cliquey if you don't fit in, great demanding work

      Cons

      Culture fit is not the best but if you are able to fit in then I would say it's amazing
