The management style is extremely micromanaging and controlling. The role quickly becomes repetitive and offers almost no learning opportunities. Communication from managers is often rude and unprofessional, and employees are not treated with respect. It feels like people are seen as easily replaceable rather than valued members of the team. If you are serious about your career growth, it may be better to look elsewhere.

The work culture in the Talent Acquisition team is extremely disappointing. Management heavily micromanages employees and does not trust the team to do their jobs independently. The work quickly becomes monotonous with little to no opportunity for learning or professional growth.
