Great potential constantly ruined by the Executive team. - Anonymous employee Sunquest Information Systems Employee Review

The executive team screws their employees regularly. They list a bunch of Sunquest values that they consistently ignore except when it suits their desires. Here are a couple examples from 2015 alone which is only 10 weeks old. First they have management stack rank their employees under the guise of annual merit increases, but then instead of merit increases they ax the bottom 5% of the stack without warning. So far they haven't bothered replacing the positions that got fired and instead that work just falls on the people that are too stupid to leave. We still haven't seen our merit increases and every year they push them further out, so that instead of getting an annual raise you get an annual and a half raise. Today they announced that they will no longer let people roll over their Paid Time Off hours and that you lose anything that hasn't been used at the end of the year. For an employee that has been with the company for more than 10 years this means you would likely need to take off more than two months before the end of the year but still get all your work done, of course! So basically they just stole PTO from a huge chunk of the company, thanks Sunquest. These are just a few examples of the culture change that is going on here to screw the employee's daily.
