Stay away - Property Manager Sunquest Properties Employee Review

Sunquest was a very family oriented company. I was eager to work every day.

I never found any cons working here.

The entire office staff are white (Caucasian). They have worked together for so long and have done such a terrible job that its customary now. Any changes to status quo and you're the enemy. Any changes to what their doing, and its always wrong, and in violation of local, state and federal law, and you're the enemy.

They do not know how to do anything in property management. They cannot be trusted. Families living in their apartments are living in dangerous conditions to say the least.I wish I had read the review from March, 2016, saying to hire a new CEO. I would never have gone there to work. The CEO is a child. He's utterly useless and knows absolutely nothing about property management. Literally nothing.
