Pay is reasonable, surrounded by good people

Not much, occasional lack of strong leadership

I had a great boss and co workers. I felt like in my small group I had a voice and a say.

Super mormon culture. Was told that they could not afford my salary ask, was later told by a co worker in my department that he was making more than that. Felt like it was due to me being a woman.
