collectivist culture. people really love the work they do and the people they do it with. formative experience as a teenager interested in environmental work! felt like i grew a lot as a person and put myself in the right situation to grow
Cons
we were often learning alongside our managers as the program developed and the organization grew (not exactly a con, just something to keep in mind in terms of the experience you're seeking. the organization and its structure has also changed quite a bit in the past 2 years)
