      Horrible management. With Thomas leaving and no quality replacement in sight. The front runner has no people skills or leadership ability.

      Your typical large hospitality employer.

      Cons

      This place is exactly what it seems to be. If you work here long enough, you know what the reality is. Do not hope for accountability for anyone in leadership. Do not go to HR if you value your job stability. HR is there to protect the company and leadership, not you. Show up, do not rock the boat, work, go home. Live your life. It's just a job. Do not take it so seriously.
