Pros

Sunrun is a huge corporation with very sound financials compared to other solar companies. The door to door program is 100% commission for lots of individuals and if you are making money it is great.

Cons

The downside is you can't always choose the market/areas you work which can make being 100% commission very stressful and mentally taxing.
