Cons
Changed the attendance requirements after they over worked staff during the pandemic to limit overtime, require a new amount of hours to not get written up and not equally enforced. Seemed like a punishment to employees for working extra during the pandemic to help out and then get the rules changed once they were adequately staffed two years later.
