      Only pro was getting to meet some interesting people

      Cons

      Terrible pay, terrible management, job is very uncomfortable at times and you are not compensated for that at all, extremely harsh on employees driving sales even though there is no commission or benefits.

      Knowledge of novelties. Safe practice knowledge of hygiene and cleaning adult toys. Inventory count to sharpen product availability.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership training for success. Inventory issues and inability to resolve timely. No way to move up in company. No overtime.
