Not too bad - Direct Support Professional (DSP) Sunshine Communities Employee Review

I am an experienced leader at various non-profits. I recently joined Sunshine and am convinced that it's a great place to work and develop my skills. There's an abundance of opportunities to interface with our individuals, staff, volunteers and community partners. My work is rewarding.

I have no cons at this time.

Easy work if you know you are doing. Just pay attention to the job, get a significant amount done, and try doing a little extra. You will be treated well if do all that.

Sometimes it can get busy if there is more work that hasn't gotten done. You need to be a good teammate so if you dislike being close to people this isn't the job for you.
