      Pros

      Free lunch once a month. Easy work. Bank holidays off.

      Cons

      Immature staff who gossip non stop. A lot if favoritism. Crappy pay. Small office lots of petty bs. A huge staff turn over.

      Flexible with time off, Monday-Friday work schedule, No work on national/bank holidays, Free lunch once a month, No one "looking over your shoulder" while you work

      Cons

      Pay rate was awful, favoritism, work hours vary on amount of work given to you by a co-worker (not upper management)
