Room for improvement within upper management at this location - Assistant Manager Sunshine Restaurant Partners Employee Review

Upper management is very clique-y, a rotating door of general managers, that leads to hourly staff also doing whatever they want, this was a couple years ago so hopefully it's stabled since then, but yikes. I will say not all locations are like this, some were great!
