Alot of seasoned employees with alot of experience.

New EHR/EMR at time had some issues.

Nothing positive to be said.

Terrible management. Either filled with bullies or apathetic people who didn't care. They literally had a mandatory all-staff meeting to scream at us about poor morale. They didn’t fire a nurse who slept with a patient because they played favorites and she was a cute, perky blonde. However, I was unjustly fired because my supervisor, who loved to bully me, lied to administration. I had proof that I didn’t do what my supervisor said I did. I tried to show up to work having no idea I’d been fired and that was when I found out. I was offered an interview them about two years later (they contacted me because I would never want to work there again). Unrealistic workloads. You could have a detox wing filled with patients in withdrawals and be expected to complete utilization review work. Failure to complete the utilization review work would mean disciplinary action. Corporate making new announcements at the last second. One of my favorites was when they announced in September that we had to use all our PTO by the end of the year or lose it. The lazy coworkers were allowed to get away with it if there were friends with anyone in management (the facility was located in a small town, so a lot of people were friends with someone in management before coming to work for the facility). I could go on, but no one has time to read a novel.
