      Well-seasoned coworkers, training process was thorough, I never felt that I was working with someone who was not capable of doing their job well, busy system provides a lot of experience

      Cons

      Upper Management is like Big Brother, they have little regard for the workload of the 911 crews, but its not really any different than any other EMS company.

      Pros

      The best part about working for Sunstar you will develop a second family. We all worked together to save lives.

      Cons

      Get experience and get out. Insane call volume, mandatory overtime and supervisors treat you less than human. If you make a mistake the company won't hesitate to throw you under the bus. Very few people here are happy or healthy.
