We appreciate your feedback and we will take it into consideration as we are always striving to make ourselves and the company better. We appreciate you taking the time to highlight a few of the great employees that we have here at Sunstone Engineering. The employees make the company what it is. They are the reason I enjoy working here. We trust our employees, and this is one of the reasons we can offer a flexible work schedule. Sunstone Engineering survives on its ability to be innovative, that is how we have flourished for the last 14 years. Since we were bought last year, we have urged transparency. We welcome feedback from employees, but if the employee doesn’t speak up it is hard to know what needs to change. The average years of employment on the reviewer’s team was just under 4 years, this in no way reflects a revolving door. The income of the individual writing this review was at the 50th percentile for a manufacturing company in the Provo, UT area with 0 to 50 employees and with 1 to 3 years of experience. We value our employees and compensate them fairly. We responded as quickly as could be expected to such a fast spread of COVID-19. On top of complying to government orders pertaining to this pandemic, Sunstone Engineering has gone beyond what was required to ensure the safety of its employees. As far as the name you mentioned, ____ _____ Software engineers, we have never at any time heard anyone on the engineering team being referred to as that from anywhere in the company. We will ensure that this type of attitude doesn't exist. We know we cannot make every employee happy, but we certainly strive to do so. We will take this feedback and act on ways to continue to make Sunstone Engineering one of the best places to work in southern Utah County. This reviewer was terminated due to poor performance.
