All bosses, no leaders - "Yes Men" and spineless. If you expect your bosses to go to bat for you, good luck. 6. Lack of work-life balance - Be prepared for a literal "eye roll" from leadership if you take a day off or stay home when you're sick. If you compromise and work from home, you'll be minimized publicly in chat in front of the entire company. 7. Spiders, spiders, spiders - Please watch your head and skin when entering the building. The doorways, hallways, stairs, and ceilings are full of spiders. HUGE spiders, some with bodies the size of a quarter. There are so many others, but you get the picture. Avoid like the plague. If you need a solar job, there are dozens of solid companies with a brighter future.
