Pros

There are some good people in this company.

Cons

There is 0 integrity within this company. I started with this company when it went by a different name and within the last couple years since it has been under new ownership I have watched it crumble from the inside out. They absolutely do not care about their customers after the sale has been made and they care even less about their employees. The owner has absolutely no knowledge of how a solar company operates and less knowledge of electrical. But he doesn’t involve himself much unless he is dropping off donuts for his under paid and under appreciated employees. The CEO comes off more like a used car salesman. He is more concerned with pumping numbers than quality of work. Again absolutely 0 knowledge in what he is selling. The operations managers, all 4 of them, have nearly no electrical experience and completely rely on the field techs to not only do all the field work but also take on the duties they should be performing. I have worked for this company for a long time and it is extremely disappointing to see the direction it is heading.

Pros

Working with genuine people and feeling valued for your accomplishments is a breath of fresh air in the solar industry. Suntria makes smart, calculated moves to make sure that they can weather the storms of solar.

Cons

This is a quickly-growing company, so you have to be willing to grow and roll with the punches as the company and the industry change. But if you're up for the challenge it's very rewarding.
