      Pros

      The operations team was very collaborative and always willing to help. My manager was the best!

      Cons

      The only con was that it was a smaller team when I was there so a lot of jumping around doing different tasks for different departments.

      -Work From Home can be considered as pro

      Cons

      - If you are confused about the structure of the company then you should. Is it BTI, is it Star Solutions, or is it Go Global? - Expect micro management at the highest level and 70 years old CEO to chase you -Daily overtime is expected -Whole sales team has been replaces twice in a row in the past 2 years so expect sacking anytime.
