The work can be a bit repetitive as it is agency work, never be afraid to ask for more on your plate.

The people who work there are great, besides leadership

The company expects complete dedication to their mission, leaving little room for personal aspirations outside of their vision. If your goals extend beyond climbing the internal corporate ladder, you won’t be taken seriously or given real opportunities. There’s little flexibility or support for employees who have passions beyond the company’s immediate interests. Compensation is another major issue—the pay is far below industry standards, making it difficult to justify the hours and high expectations. Raises and promotions are rare, and even when they happen, they don’t reflect the level of work put in. If you’re looking for financial growth and career development that values you as a whole person, this isn’t the place.
